Mix the gel with the powder in the bowl provided to form a thin paste. Apply to the face and neck in upwards and outward strokes as shown on the instructions, Avoid eye lid and lips, leave the mask on for around 20-30 mins – Do not be alarmed by the tightening sensation as this means the mask is doing its magic !! remove with warm water
